About the Author
Padmini Palaparthy is an engineer, educator, entrepreneur, and writer whose passion for storytelling began with childhood diaries and years of blogging. After building a successful career in the technology industry, she went on to found STEMdroid, an institute dedicated to STEM education, where she inspired and mentored young learners through hands-on innovation and creativity.
Now based in Germany with her husband and two sons, Padmini brings together her love for history, human relationships, and storytelling in her debut novel, Before I Go. Inspired by real-life accounts of Partition survivors, she crafts a deeply moving narrative that explores family, memory, resilience, and the enduring impact of stories passed down through generations.
